Introduction

Clients who enter my therapeutic space tend to be ones who struggle with anxiety, depression, and interpersonal trauma related to narcissistic abuse by family members and others. This abuse can include lack of empathy, gaslighting, blaming, constant criticism, and intruding upon boundaries. Sessions tend to be devoted to assisting Clients in anchoring into themselves for their own healing.
