I’m a trauma-informed therapist who believes that real healing begins with safety, connection, and compassion. My work focuses on helping adults who appear strong and capable on the outside but struggle internally with anxiety, self-doubt, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences. Clients often come to me after years of pushing through, feeling disconnected, or not knowing who they are beneath the roles they’ve had to play. In our sessions, we create space to slow down, listen to your body, and make sense of the patterns that once kept you safe but now keep you stuck. My style is warm, attuned, and collaborative. I don’t see therapy as “fixing” you — I see it as helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that need care and understanding. I am draw from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, somatic therapies, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems to support both emotional and physiological healing. You can expect our work to be gentle but transformative — a process of healing old wounds, releasing limiting beliefs, and reconnecting with your authentic self so you can feel more grounded, confident, and free to live in alignment with what truly matters to you. Credentials & Training I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Seattle, Washington, with advanced training in EMDR and somatic therapies. My background includes working with adults and teens navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-worth challenges. I’m committed to ongoing education in trauma-informed and body-based practices so I can continue offering compassionate, effective care that supports lasting change. If you’re ready to begin the process of healing and self-discovery, I welcome the opportunity to support you.
