I believe being a therapist is one of the greatest privileges of my life. I am continually inspired by the courage it takes to seek healing and by the resilience I witness in my clients every day. It is an honor to walk alongside people as they pursue greater safety, hope, connection, and meaning. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) for OCD, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), attachment theory, and nervous system-informed care. Together, we'll explore not only what you're experiencing, but also why your mind and body have learned to respond the way they do. From there, we'll work toward new ways of responding that are grounded in your values rather than fear. I have a special passion for supporting women navigating perinatal and postpartum mental health, OCD (including scrupulosity and other obsessional themes), anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. My goal is to combine practical tools with deeper healing, helping clients cultivate self-compassion, strengthen relationships, and build lives that feel authentic and meaningful. For clients who desire it, I am also honored to thoughtfully integrate the Christian faith into therapy while respecting each person's beliefs and values. Wherever you are in your journey, I hope therapy becomes a place where you feel seen, supported, and encouraged.
