Introduction

My clients are often people who often feel like they’ve had to translate themselves to be understood in a world that wasn’t built with them in mind. Many identify as autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent, and are navigating intersecting identities around gender, sexuality, culture, and mental health. They may be high-masking, deeply self-aware, and exhausted from trying to meet expectations that don’t fit. They’re often thoughtful, creative, and resilient, even if they don’t always feel that way. I work collaboratively and affirmatively with my clients, centering their lived experience. and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment.
