Introduction
On this journey of life it's a possibility that you've experienced a gamut of emotions. It's only human to cry when you're sad or express excitement when hearing good news. There are also situations that may feel overwhelming, uncomfortable or like uncharted territory. During these trying times additional assistance is often warranted in order to feel a sense of well-being. I've gained a wealth of experience serving individuals, families, and groups within schools, libraries, behavioral health hospitals, women's shelters and community agencies. Being able to assist others through some tumultuous journeys by helping them meet their therapeutic goals has become my professional mission. Working towards this mission consist of building a positive, collaborative, non-judgemental, authentic and therapeutic rapport to assist you in working towards accomplishing your therapeutic goals.
