Introduction

I provide a warm, inclusive, and collaborative space for adults navigating anxiety, depression, panic, addiction recovery, and life challenges. I also have a particular focus on supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community and creating an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. My approach is practical and strengths-focused, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I work collaboratively with clients to better understand patterns, build effective coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
