Introduction

I am a Pennsylvania native and the founder and president of Precious Hearts Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and domestic violence agency. As a domestic violence survivor and advocate, I understand the depth of pain, fear, and confusion that often accompany trauma, and I also know that healing is possible through God’s grace and truth. Additionally, I am the owner of Esquire Publications, a global book publishing company. Through this platform, I have penned and published my own life experiences as both a domestic violence survivor and a survivor of a near-death experience during a marriage to a narcissist. Writing my story became a testimony of resilience and faith, a reminder that even in our darkest chapters, God can bring purpose, beauty, and restoration. It is my honor to walk beside you as you begin your own journey of healing and renewal. As a Board-Certified Christian Counselor currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology, I provide faith-based, personalized counseling designed to help you overcome challenges and reclaim your sense of peace and identity in Christ. My areas of focus include: Domestic Violence and Abuse Recovery Children and Adolescents Couples & Marriage Counseling Anger Management Perpetrator Rehabilitation Depression and Anxiety Grief and Loss Mental Health and Emotional Wellness Narcissistic Abuse Recovery
