Life can be demanding—and at times, overwhelming. Whether it’s the pressure of a high-stakes career, navigating major life transitions, or recovering from trauma and burnout, many of us find ourselves stuck in survival mode—disconnected from who we truly are. Healing begins the moment you give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. That reconnection can take many forms: through meaningful conversation in therapy, the grounding presence of nature, or the deep emotional release and integration that comes with Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Each of these approaches helps the body and mind process stress and trauma, creating space for balance, confidence, and clarity to return. I understand this journey both personally and professionally. My work is rooted in the belief that every individual has the capacity to move beyond survival—to return to a grounded body, an empowered heart, and a whole sense of self. Together, we’ll reconnect with your purpose and open space to feel and experience joy again—the kind that feels steady, vibrant, and real. I guide this process through an integrative approach that weaves together therapy, nutrition, movement, nature, and gentle shifts in mindset and perspective. I hold a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling and am certified in yoga, professional life coaching, nature therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), functional hormone health, and nutrition. My professional experience includes working in intensive outpatient programs, family practices, and at One Safe Place—a nonprofit supporting individuals and families healing from trauma. My trainings have been completed through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) for professional coaching, Sunstone Yoga with a focus on hot yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, and mindfulness, the Somatic Wilderness Therapy Institute in Boulder, Colorado, and the International Association of Functional Hormone Health. In addition to my clinical work, I facilitate nature-based intensives, guiding groups through therapeutic outdoor experiences designed to foster clarity, growth, and community. I currently operate my private practice under the supervision of Melissa McGee, MA, LPC-S. If you’re curious about what it might feel like to begin this work together, I invite you to scroll down and read what clients are saying about their experiences. When you’re ready, you’re welcome to contact me to schedule your complimentary consultation—I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your path toward healing and reconnection.
