Hi, I'm Emalee the founder and principal psychotherapist at EP Therapy Collective, a boutique mental health therapy practice specializing in individual and couples therapy for adults who want to improve their relationships, gain confidence, and live more full, authentic lives. I'm a certified perinatal mental health clinician and couples therapist licensed in Illinois and Utah. I provide individual & couples therapy focused on anxiety, relationship conflict, and support for the challenges associated with infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum experiences. My approach is warm, relational, deeply collaborative and integrates psychodynamic, attachment, behavioral, and mindfulness approaches. Whether we're processing, skill-building, or problem-solving, I'm here to support you to live a fuller, more authentic life. I accept self-pay or Blue Cross Blue Shield.
