I was drawn to becoming a therapist because I’ve always valued giving back and supporting others. As a first-generation Arab American, I learned to navigate between cultures while staying true to my own values. Like many, I faced my own challenges and because therapy was not always accessible or normalized in my community, I’m passionate about creating a safe, accepting space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I specialize in working with girls (12+), teens, and women—particularly those from diverse or underserved backgrounds—who are navigating anxiety, depression, self-worth struggles, relationship or family challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative, culturally aware, and rooted in empathy. We’ll work together to explore patterns, build confidence, set boundaries, and create lasting change. I also believe humor and laughter are part of the healing process—therapy doesn’t have to be rigid to be effective. My goal is to help you not just overcome challenges, but step into a life that feels authentic, empowered, and aligned with who you are.
