Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to edit yourself to be understood. I work with adults navigating trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Many of the people I support are used to being the strong one for everyone else—caregivers, helpers, therapists, leaders, or community members who are carrying more than their share. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we look at the patterns, systems, and experiences that have shaped your story so you can move toward greater clarity, choice, and self-trust. I have particular experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, polyamorous and non-monogamous relationships, therapists and helping professionals, and individuals navigating complex trauma or dissociation. At the same time, my work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves therapy that honors their identity, values, and lived experience. Clients often tell me that therapy with me feels both grounding and honest—like having a thoughtful conversation that helps things finally start to make sense. You don’t have to figure everything out before reaching out. Therapy can simply be a place to begin.
