Introduction

Hello! I work with adults who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, substance use, or patterns they are ready to change. Together, we create a space to understand what is happening beneath the surface, develop practical coping skills, and build healthier ways of responding. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, self-aware, and confident in your ability to move forward. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and recovery, co-occurring concerns, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I use DBT, CBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and relapse-prevention strategies to help clients understand patterns, build coping skills, strengthen boundaries, and create meaningful, sustainable change. Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, especially when you are used to handling everything on your own. You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. I will meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and be honest with you along the way. We can start with what feels most important and take it one step at a time.
