I work best with individuals who are seeking thoughtful, compassionate support as they navigate barriers and challenges in their everyday lives. I offer a non-judgmental, collaborative space where all areas of your life are welcome, and where we take the time to understand your experiences without rushing to quick fixes or answers. Much of my background involves supporting individuals struggling with disordered eating behaviors, self-esteem, confidence, and areas of grief, life transitions, goal planning, and anxiety. My work focuses on helping clients reconnect with themselves and regain a sense of agency and balance in their lives. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and hesitation is completely understandable. I believe you deserve to feel safe, heard, and supported during your most vulnerable moments, which is why I welcome connection before making any decisions. It would be an honor to walk alongside you and offer support on your journey.
