Since 2010, my intention in working with my clients has been to hold a safe and confidential space that supports self-exploration and awareness, connection, curiosity, and personal growth. I understand that asking for and receiving help can be uncomfortable and that it takes bravery to be vulnerable. The therapeutic fit and dedication on both ends are vital parts of this process because therapy takes time and work. Doing the real work to begin truly healing is not easy, comfortable, linear nor is it fast. That being said, from my lived experiences as a client and a therapist, I truly believe it’s worth it. As a trauma- and attachment-focused/engaged therapist, my practice is informed by intersectional feminism and the developmental relational model. I specialize in working with adults impacted by attachment wounds, trauma/PTSD/C-PTSD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, OCD, grief and loss, panic attacks, and family of origin conflicts and/or challenges. If you or a loved one is struggling with mental health or emotional distress and want a safe space to talk with someone, please reach out. You can expect acceptance, authenticity, compassion, and dynamic engagement from me. Together we will work to understand how past experiences impact you, and then un/relearn or create tools that serve you better now. *Please be aware that in my space the 2SLGBTQQIA+ community and people along with any/all identities, genders, shapes, sizes, colors, ethnicities/races, consensual and ethical relationships, neurodivergence, and different abilities are accepted and protected.
