Hi, I’m Emilly Carter. I work with adults, children, and couples navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and begin creating meaningful change. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in the understanding that our experiences shape how we think, feel, and respond to the world. I support clients in developing insight, emotional awareness, and practical coping skills that can be applied in everyday life. I have experience working across age groups and relationship dynamics. My style is relaxed, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I’m not here to “fix” you—I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you better understand yourself while building tools that actually work for you.
