Introduction

Are you tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected? Using a trauma-informed approach, I help clients understand the deeper roots of their emotions, relationships, and behaviors so that real, lasting change can happen. Therapy should be a warm and collaborative space where you can feel understood, challenged, and supported as we work toward stronger relationships and a clearer sense of self. I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck in painful patterns. I am trained in Gottman Couples counseling and EMDR therapy. I primarily use somatic work, EFT, and IFS in session. I believe in the power of story-telling in the healing journey. My goal is to make therapy a safe space where you don't have to hide who you are. Reaching out for help and opening yourself up is often the hardest step. I work under the supervision of Angela Wiley, LIMHP, LMFT.
