I’m Emily, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling. My path to becoming a therapist grew from a longstanding interest in the connection between mind, body, relationships, and healing. I work with individuals and couples (ENM/poly/kink-friendly) navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity, and relationship challenges. My approach is relational, holistic, and trauma-informed. I draw from a range of modalities, including Relational Life Therapy, Hakomi and mindfulness, somatic practices, parts work, psychodynamic approaches, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for clients seeking deeper experiential work. My practice, Emergent Alchemy, reflects my belief that change is possible and that healing doesn’t always need to be forced. With curiosity, connection, and the right support, what feels stuck can begin to shift—making room for greater self-trust, authenticity, and more fulfilling relationships.
