I have been working in the mental health field since 2010 and provide client-centered, strengths-based therapy grounded in evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, and ERP. My primary clinical interests include anxiety disorders, OCD, mood disorders, and supporting clients through significant life transitions, including pregnancy and postpartum, relationship changes or separation, and job or career transitions. I have experience working with a wide range of clinical concerns and tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances. I have also received specialized training in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) and now also offer brief, structured SPACE-based treatment (typically 6–10 sessions) for parents of young children experiencing anxiety disorders. This approach helps parents respond to anxiety in ways that reduce accommodation while supporting their child’s confidence, independence, and coping skills. I know that taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, and I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients can better understand their experiences, navigate challenges, and build practical skills for meaningful change. I am currently able to provide therapy in the following states: Illinois (virtual or in-person) Indiana (virtual). Interested in learning more?
