Introduction

Major life changes can leave you questioning who you are, what matters to you, or what comes next. I work with adults navigating identity development and life transitions, with a particular interest in college and graduate students and young adults. You may be graduating, entering the workforce, changing careers or relationships, reconsidering long-held beliefs, or realizing that the expectations you have been following no longer fit. My approach is collaborative, practical, and primarily grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with CBT-informed strategies. Together, we may use values exploration, guided reflection, metaphor, and the stories you tell about yourself and your experiences to better understand what is shaping your choices. Our work focuses on building flexibility and translating insight into actions that reflect what genuinely matters to you. I approach therapy through feminist and multicultural frameworks and am committed to providing LGBTQIA+-affirming, culturally responsive care. For some clients, identity work may include religious deconstruction or reconstruction; for others, it may involve education, career, relationships, family expectations, or another life-redefining transition. You do not need to be in crisis to seek support. If you are ready to explore what you want to carry forward and what you want to define for yourself, I invite you to reach out.
