When we suppress our true identities and silence our voices because of external pressures and expectations, we prevent ourselves from creating lives worth living. You deserve a space where you can be exactly who you are and become exactly who you want to be, in a way that makes you feel seen and validated. My aspiration is to be the kind of therapist my generational peers and I would have needed as adolescents: one who is solution-focused, authentic, nonjudgmental, will call you on your BS (gently!), and genuinely cares about you and your progress. (I do not treat couples or families at this time). My therapy style is holistic and eclectic, and I practice through neurodiversity-affirming and intersectional theory lenses. Therapy is not "one size fits all," and I enjoy getting creative to ensure that you have all of the tools you need to live the life you want. My treatment specialities include trauma, identity formation, and BPD. I am queer, poly, and ND. I aim to create a safe space for my LGBTQ+ siblings, and anyone exploring their sexuality, gender identity, and sexual interests. I create a supportive, affirming space for individuals and relationships outside traditional norms, where your insight leads the work and therapy serves as a tool for growth and self-directed change.
