Introduction

I work with adults, couples, and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, and the lasting impact of trauma. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns—whether that’s emotional reactivity, conflict in relationships, or difficulty managing stress during major life transitions like parenting, pregnancy, or career changes. I specialize in trauma and post-traumatic stress (PTSD), particularly how past relational experiences continue to affect the present. Clients often come in feeling confused by the intensity of their reactions or frustrated that they “know better” but can’t respond differently in the moment. I help clients move forward by combining insight with actionable strategies. Together, we identify the patterns driving your reactions, build skills to regulate emotions in the moment, and create more effective ways of communicating and making decisions. The work is collaborative, practical, and focused on meaningful, lasting change. The decision to start therapy can be difficult and I commend you for taking this important step in prioritizing your wellness. I look forward to the chance to help you identify and achieve your personal and therapeutic goals. You may contact me to schedule a free brief initial phone consultation.
