Introduction

I often work with teens, young adults, and college students who feel like life has become a constant balancing act—managing responsibilities, relationships, and expectations while trying to figure out who they are and where they’re headed. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, overthinking, or self-doubt, and they want tools to handle stress, make confident choices, and express themselves more fully. Most of all, they want to feel grounded and capable, with the skills to navigate whatever life brings. I specialize in supporting teens, young adults, and college students using coping skills training, art therapy, and CBT. In our sessions, we combine creative expression with practical tools to manage emotions, build resilience, and gain clarity. My approach is calm, encouraging, and focused on helping you thrive. It can feel overwhelming to take the first step toward therapy, especially if you’ve been feeling stuck or uncertain for a while. I believe you already have strengths worth building on, and together we can find ways to make life feel more manageable, meaningful, and authentic. If you’re ready to explore what’s possible, I’d be honored to help this process.
