Introduction

I believe therapy works best when it's collaborative and grounded in genuine respect for your story. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I create a supportive, affirming space where your experiences are honored—not judged. I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADD/ADHD, burnout, and life transitions. I'm also deeply committed to affirming LGBTQIA+ identities and experiences. My approach draws from multiple evidence-based modalities—Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered work, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing—so we can find what resonates with you. Together, we'll develop practical tools to strengthen emotional regulation, deepen your relationships, and build a life that feels authentically yours. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. Let's start this work together.
