I believe that through talk therapy we can gain insight into the roots of our problematic thoughts and behaviors, but to achieve meaningful change we have to DO something, which is why I integrate several modalities including EMDR, sandplay therapy, nutritional coaching, walking sessions, trauma informed chair yoga, and mindfulness meditation.
