Introduction

Are you feeling overwhelmed raising your teen? Struggling to balance life's chaos as a parent? I help teens and parents build healthy relationships, heal trauma, address negative family patterns, improve communication, and establish clear boundaries. The relationships we create now with our kids, will inform the health of our relationships with them as they grow up and impact their relationships with future partners and friends. If you have concerns about your family's well-being, your teen's mental health, or need support with your own parenting journey, I encourage you to take that next step and reach out. The teen years are rough and parenting is hard. We all need a support system and I would be honored to be a part of yours, working collaboratively to meet your goals. Clients describe me as compassionate, collaborative, and egalitarian in my approach. I take a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and affirming approach to support clients in reaching their goals. Together, we will collaborate to do the healing work and improve your well-being and your relationships in a safe and affirming environment.
