I am a trauma psychotherapist specializing in issues of grief and loss. My work encompasses supporting individuals, couples, and families of all ages as they grapple losses ranging from the death of a loved one to facing a serious cancer diagnosis or complex medical condition, to the losses felt from divorce, the loss of safety after surviving a traumatic experience, to the broad emotional unsettling of a tenuous upbringing. I am committed to supporting my clients reach their self-determined goals with compassion and understanding. My work is deeply relational and collaborative with a direct and engaging style. I believe in empowering clients through education around trauma, grief, and loss to promote self-agency and self-awareness.
