Introduction

I feel it is a deep honor to get to hear the life stories of others and walk alongside them in their journey of healing, self-exploration, and future planning. I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual therapy as they navigate anxiety, depression, mood disorders, complex trauma, and life transitions. I believe that the relationship between client and counselor is important in the work being done and that each client is the expert of their own life. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy.
