Introduction

I have an informal, nonjudgmental style and believe therapy should be a place where you can say the things you've been keeping inside for way too long. I'm a "tell it like it is" kind of therapist. I love humor, I'll be real with you, and I also understand the heaviness of what you may be carrying. I work with neurodivergent teens and adults, including those with ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, and other neurological differences. You don't need a formal diagnosis to work with me. I have both personal and professional experience with neurodivergence and understand the exhaustion that can come from masking, burnout, relationship challenges, and trying to function in a world that doesn't always work well for your brain. I also have training and experience working with many people with OCD. I'm also especially passionate about working with first responders, healthcare professionals, other helping professionals, and their families. Before private practice, I worked in hospice and oncology social work, and I've been part of a first responder family for more than twenty years. I'm comfortable with the culture, the dark humor, the difficult conversations, and the realities of jobs that can follow you home. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed. We'll look at the whole picture—your emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual health—and figure out what actually works for you.
