I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I bring a background in special education that shaped how I work with people today. I believe there's no one-size-fits-all path to healing, and I'm committed to meeting you exactly where you are, whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or the complexities of relationships and identity. I work with individuals of all ages, couples, and families, using play, humor, and creative approaches to build safety and connection. I'm particularly passionate about supporting young people who've experienced trauma and helping couples work through infidelity and rebuild trust. My toolkit includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt work, and expressive arts, all grounded in the belief that it's everyone's first time living. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions in a warm, authentic, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be honored to work with you.
