Introduction

I believe that real change starts with genuine connection. I take time to truly get to know my clients—to understand their story, their triggers, and the beliefs that shape how they move through the world. That foundation of trust and rapport helps you develop deeper self-awareness and discover what actually works for you. I offer unconditional positive regard while also being direct and clear when it matters. I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based methods. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or something else entirely, I'm here to help. I offer telehealth sessions and accept most major insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
