Introduction

I am a pre-licensed therapist passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults build meaningful, lasting change. I am completing my advanced clinical training at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School's psychiatric teaching hospital, where I received specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, emotion regulation, coping skills, and evidence-based treatment for a wide range of mental health concerns. I also hold a graduate certificate in Trauma Practice from Boston University, providing additional expertise in trauma-informed care. I work with clients ages 8 to 70 experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma, behavioral challenges, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem concerns, and relationship difficulties. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's needs. Together, we'll identify your strengths, build practical coping strategies, and work toward the goals that matter most to you. I offer in-person office sessions, telehealth appointments, and a unique farm-based therapy experience, allowing you to choose the setting that best supports your healing. Farm-based sessions may incorporate nature, walking, and interactions with animals in a way that feels comfortable and meaningful. Whether we're meeting in the office, connecting virtually, walking wooded trails, or spending time with the animals, my goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel understood, develop new skills, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
