I care about helping people understand their emotions, feel supported, and make meaningful changes at their own pace. I’ve worked in both In-Home and Outpatient settings, and I know that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming — but it’s a strong and important step. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have experience supporting individuals dealing with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, mood challenges, and major life changes. I work with clients of all ages and offer individual, couples, marriage, and family therapy. My goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming space where people can talk openly, feel heard, and develop tools that genuinely support their healing and growth.
