I specialize in supporting NICU parents, individuals and couples who have experienced pregnancy loss, and individuals navigating anxiety or depression during pregnancy and postpartum. I understand that reproductive and parenting journeys can bring unexpected emotional challenges, often leaving people feeling overwhelmed, isolated, uncertain, or disconnected from the experience they had hoped for. With my background as a NICU nurse and advanced training in perinatal counseling, I have developed a deep appreciation for the emotional and psychological impact that complicated pregnancies, NICU experiences, loss, and perinatal mental health challenges can have on individuals and families. I recognize that these experiences often affect many areas of life, including relationships, identity, confidence, and overall well-being. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where individuals and couples can openly process their experiences, navigate difficult emotions, and feel genuinely heard and understood. Drawing from evidence-based practices and a commitment to honoring each person's unique story, I work alongside clients to strengthen resilience, foster healing, and reconnect with their strengths. You do not have to navigate these experiences alone. My goal is to provide support, encouragement, and practical tools to help you move toward healing, hope, and greater confidence during this season of life.
