Introduction

You’re the person everyone turns to. You’re dependable, caring, and used to holding everything together. You show up for everyone else, but somewhere along the way, your own needs have taken a back seat. You overthink, struggle to say no, worry about disappointing people, and constantly question whether you’re doing enough. You may understand where these patterns come from, but knowing why you do something doesn’t always make it easier to change. You’re ready to stop putting yourself last, set boundaries without guilt, and build a stronger sense of who you are. I work with women who want to better understand themselves and the patterns shaping their lives. Together, we can explore anxiety, self worth, boundaries, relationships, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the impact of past experiences. I offer a space where you can be honest about how you feel without having to make it sound okay. I’m warm, compassionate, and empowering, while also being willing to challenge you when it’s needed. I’m not a “blank slate” therapist, and I believe the relationship we build in therapy is an important part of the work. Therapy is about more than coping skills. It’s about understanding yourself, trusting yourself, and feeling more confident taking up space.
