Introduction

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I work with individuals across the lifespan navigating anxiety disorders, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and related disorders. I see clients in person in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and via telehealth in 43 states. Initially, we focus on understanding how anxiety, depression, or OCD is impacting your life. From there, we'll collaborate on an action-oriented plan designed to help you feel confident in how to reconnect with living according to your values and not your fears. I offer both outpatient and intensive outpatient (extended) sessions depending on your needs. I bring my considerable experience working in intensive outpatient programs for OCD and anxiety disorders, including the UCLA Child OCD, Anxiety, and Tic Disorders Program. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where individuals from all backgrounds feel seen, supported, and understood. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I’m here to help you take meaningful steps toward emotional wellness and a greater sense of empowerment in daily life.
