I integrate ACT, EMDR and DBT therapies to offer you a roadmap back to your True Self so you can create a life that feels authentic and empowering! My approach helps you to become connected to your intuition, define your values, become your own Master of Self by reframing negative thinking patterns, identify your heart's desires, and become radiant, confident, and authentically you.
