Introduction

I work with women who are sensitive, thoughtful, and deeply aware — often in ways that have felt overwhelming, misunderstood, or exhausting. Many of the people I sit with have spent years trying to fix themselves or understand what’s wrong, only to feel more disconnected from their bodies and inner knowing. My work is not about fixing you. I am not the expert on your life — you are. I offer a relational, embodied approach to therapy that supports slowing down, reconnecting with your body, and restoring trust in your own internal authority. Healing, in my experience, happens through felt safety, honest relationship, and attuned presence rather than pressure, effort, or techniques alone. Sessions are present-moment focused and collaborative. We pay attention to sensations, emotions, and patterns as they arise — within you and between us — allowing clarity and regulation to unfold organically, at the pace of safety. This work is especially supportive for women who: -Feel deeply and sense more than they can easily explain -Identify as sensitive, intuitive, or emotionally attuned -Are experiencing burnout, transition, or over-efforting -Want to build self-trust rather than be told what to do -Are drawn to slowing down and listening inward -Want therapy that honors nervous system needs and embodiment **This work often resonates with women who sense that their sensitivity is not a flaw, but a form of intelligence. This work may not be a good fit if you are: -Looking for quick fixes, step-by-step protocols, or advice -Wanting a therapist to provide answers or solutions for you -Seeking a highly structured, goal-driven, or technique-heavy approach -Needing rapid change without space for pacing or reflection **This work is slow by design. It honors cycles, pauses, and periods of not knowing — supporting change that is sustainable, embodied, and rooted in self-relationship.
