I believe therapy works best when it's collaborative—when we can explore your concerns together without judgment. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or the challenges of transitioning through life stages, I meet you where you are right now. As we work together, we often notice patterns emerging, and that's when curiosity becomes powerful. We might gently explore how your past shapes the way you see yourself and the world today. Throughout this process, I emphasize self-acceptance and compassion, because being human is genuinely difficult, and you don't have to navigate it alone. I draw on behavioral therapy, attachment-based work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), emotionally focused approaches, and humanistic techniques—whatever serves you best. I work with adults of all ages through both in-person and telehealth sessions. I'm currently accepting new clients, so please reach out if you're ready to begin.
