Introduction

Hi! I am here to help untangle and make sense of the many feelings we experience as humans. I use a person-centered approach to highlight strengths and autonomy, while also considering the ways that relationships, previous experiences, and the many environments in which we exist impacts one’s life. I utilize play therapy to help children process life changes and strong emotions, and I incorporate creative activities to help teens feel comfortable engaging in the therapeutic process. I have specialized training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy to assist children as young as infancy and their caregivers in strengthening attachment and healing. Whether you are looking to heal from your own experiences or are seeking a supportive space for your teen or child, I look forward to our work together.
