Introduction

At Birch & Oak Mental Health, I offer private-pay virtual therapy for women and couples across Texas who are seeking more than surface-level support. I have flexible availability including evenings and weekends. My work blends psychodynamic and somatic-informed approaches to help you understand long-standing patterns, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful, lasting change. birchandoakmentalhealth.com I work primarily with adult women and couples navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, attachment and relational wounds, identity shifts, infertility, new motherhood, chronic illness, caregiving stress, and the weight of high-demand roles and careers. Many of my clients are people who want depth, self-compassion, and real change rather than quick fixes. I believe therapy works best when it is deeply attuned to the whole person. My approach is relational and reflective. We move at a pace that allows for curiosity, emotional insight, and honest exploration of how early relationships and lived experiences continue to shape your life. I value direct, respectful communication, and see the therapeutic relationship itself as a powerful space for healing. Christian counseling is available upon request and offered from a Reformed Christian perspective, with Scripture and the Gospel integrated in a thoughtful, client-led way.
