I’m a queer-identified therapist who helps individuals and couples deepen connection, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and create more fulfilling relationships. I also support clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, infertility or family planning, religious trauma, life transitions, body image concerns, and experiences related to neurodiversity. As someone with ADHD, I understand the unique strengths and challenges of neurodiverse clients and enjoy helping them learn about their brains while cultivating self-compassion. My approach is narrative, trauma-informed, sex-positive, body-acceptance/body-trust oriented, and attachment-based. I’m Level 1 certified in the Gottman Method for couples and am currently training in Level 2 Clinical Gottman, Attachment-Based Therapy, ACT, and Health at Every Size/Body Trust. I create a “brave space” where you can explore patterns, heal old wounds, and try new ways of connecting. You will be heard, respected, and supported in your bravery. Together, we’ll break unhelpful cycles and build tools to make your relationships and your life more fulfilling. I’ll have new openings starting in December! If you’re interested in starting therapy, I encourage you to reach out now to begin the onboarding process and secure your spot.
