Introduction

Hi, I’m Emily Kupferman. I help mothers, parents, and couples navigate the emotional changes that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and raising children. Parenthood can bring deep joy while also leaving you anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or your partner. You may love your family and still feel like you’re struggling. You deserve a space where you can talk honestly about both. As a mother of two, I understand how much can change when a child enters your life. My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in evidence-based therapy. Together, we can make sense of what you’re experiencing, strengthen communication, and find ways to feel more connected and supported. Whether you’re navigating perinatal anxiety, adjusting to life as a parent, or working to reconnect as a couple, I’d be honored to support you. I accept many insurance plans and offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
