If you are looking to move forward with confidence and find inner peace, welcome; you have come to the right place. Anxiety and trauma can often hold us back, or make us question our potential. I want to help you recognize your true self by overcoming your past experiences and fears. I have a passion for working with adolescents and young adults and believe that no matter what brings you to therapy, you deserve compassion and a nonjudgemental environment. I strive to provide a safe and validating space where my clients feel understood and supported. I will help you utilize your strengths, and provide tools to make a change. By identifying and altering patterns in your thinking, we can work together to achieve your goals. I have worked with adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and navigating through life changes. No matter what you have been through, you deserve to feel joy and I am confident we can get there.
