Life doesn’t always unfold the way we were taught to expect. You may be feeling disconnected from yourself or the people you love, overwhelmed by emotions, unsure how to trust yourself, or stuck during a life transition. Often, these experiences emerge when old coping strategies are no longer working. I provide trauma-informed therapy for teens and adults navigating trauma, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and identity shifts. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals, including ADHD and autistic clients, who may feel misunderstood, overstimulated, or overwhelmed. Many of my clients are thoughtful, resilient people seeking a deeper sense of safety, clarity, and self-trust. My approach is relational, attachment-focused, and strengths-based. I am trained in EMDR therapy and have extensive experience treating trauma, allowing me to work gently and effectively with both developmental and complex trauma. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in emotional safety, genuine care, and compassion. I offer a steady presence where overwhelming or painful experiences can be explored at a pace that feels manageable, helping you rebuild self-trust, unlearn narratives that no longer serve you, and create space for connection and joy.
