Introduction

Growing up, my mom would always say, “Everyone has a story.” Today, that phrase has become the foundation of how I work as a therapist. I strive to understand each of my clients’ stories through a holistic, trauma-informed lens, and offer a safe, compassionate space to process the meaning of your story – and to begin writing your next chapter. I'm passionate about working with teens and emerging adults on identity exploration, life transitions, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, and perfectionism. I also support athletes and active individuals (especially women) navigating body image and performance concerns. A relational therapist at heart, I prioritize creating a shared sense of trust, respect, and empathy with each of my clients. Knowing that our stories can live in our bodies just as much as our brains, I heavily incorporate Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and somatic techniques into my practice. If you’re curious about starting therapy or just want to explore if it’s a good fit, I'd love to connect with you!
