Introduction

Life can feel heavy, but that's why I am here. You don't have to carry it alone. At Exhale Counseling LLC, I offer a warm, supportive space for individuals, couples, families, and children (ages 8 and up) who are navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem/self-love, relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and day-to-day difficulties. My approach blends genuine compassion with practical, evidence-based strategies to help you strengthen relationships, manage emotions, and create meaningful change. I strive to make sure that my clients know that I care. Counseling can be daunting, so I like to create a space where fun, communication, and trust thrive as I help my clients. I currently offer telehealth sessions, a telehealth parenting group, and in-person Skills Training and Development groups for kids. I have a strong passion for this work and I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you find space to breathe, heal, and grow - one exhale at a time.
