Introduction

Hi, I’m Emily Morgan, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing online therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, attachment difficulties, and grief. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, chronically anxious, or disconnected in their relationships. You may notice that: *Conflict with a partner or family member quickly leads to shutdown, anger, or anxiety *A significant loss has left you feeling lost, numb, or unsure of who you are now *Childhood experiences continue to affect your self-worth, emotional safety, or relationships *You feel on edge or unsafe even when things seem “fine” on the outside If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and therapy can help. My work is trauma-informed and attachment-focused, helping adults heal from childhood trauma, relational wounds, and unresolved grief. I support clients in understanding their nervous system, breaking unhelpful patterns, processing past experiences, and building emotional regulation, self-trust, and more secure relationships. Together, we work toward lasting healing, clarity, and meaningful change through EMDR, Talk Therapy, psychedelic integration and other trauma-informed modalities. Please note that I accept insurance in Florida only. In California I am out of network and provide a sliding scale for those in need. Please reach out with any questions.
