Introduction

Life and relationships are full of changes and challenges, and I support clients in navigating them with curiosity, insight, and compassion. I specialize in sexual wellbeing, relationships, OCD, and other mental health concerns, working alongside you in an inclusive, affirming space to uncover patterns, deepen self-understanding, strengthen skills, and build confidence and meaningful connection. My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in individualized treatment approaches, integrating tools and methodologies tailored to your therapy goals. With an attachment-based, trauma-informed lens, I primarily draw from CBT and psychodynamic frameworks. As an AASECT-certified sex therapist, I bring specialized expertise, evidence-based practices, and a deep understanding of sexual wellbeing to our work. Taking the first step to seek therapy is a big accomplishment. Whether you are struggling with a crisis, looking for a casual space to talk and reflect, or something in between, we can take on your challenges together. I am licensed to provide therapy in both New York and Washington State.
