Introduction

Hi, I'm Emily! I'm an ADHD-er, gummy worm enthusiast, runner, and parent to young children. I work with ADHD-ers, Autistic folx, and Queer and Trans teens and young-ish adults. My office includes sensory supports, visual aids, sand trays, arts and crafts, and whatever tools we may need to do the therapy work. You can expect me to show up in t-shirt, jeans, vans, and mom-bun (you know, classic millennnial style) more days than not. There may be memes, there may be puns, and fair warning, I can often run 5-10 minutes late in general. If that's going to get in the way of your therapy work, maybe try some of my awesome colleagues in the area instead at neurodivergenttherapists.com or inclusivetherapists.com. I'm also the creator of The ADHD Therapist's Quest Planner, and enjoy making digital printables for other therapists available on Etsy. For more info about those, see my instagram @rabbittrailtherapist and link in bio.
