Introduction

Hi! My name is Emily, and I'm an LMHP in Nebraska, Iowa, Vermont, and Missouri. I provide services to individuals and couples looking for support with navigating life and the ups and downs it has to offer. My clinical expertise includes working with children, adolescents, and adults with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem, boundaries, compassion fatigue, life transitions, and family and relationship issues. I believe therapy is not "one-size fits all", and will meet you where you are emotionally, while assisting you in finding a way that works for you in healing and moving forward. I strive to be welcoming and warm, with no judgement, only kindness and some humor thrown in. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space for you to begin your journey at becoming the best version of you. My office is designed to feel like a cozy living room, creating an inviting and comfortable space where you can feel at ease. I am available Monday-Thursday & Saturdays, both in office and through telehealth, with flexibility to switch if needed. My priority is to ensure you feel safe, supported, and comfortable as we work together on your journey. Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you, doesn't mean you can, should, or need to do it alone." -Lisa Olivera
