I help perfectionists, people pleasers, and those struggling with OCD to break patterns of overthinking and get out of their head, so that they can feel present and at peace again. In our work together, we will explore patterns that are keeping you stuck and discover ways that you can offer yourself compassion and gentle growth. Unwanted thoughts, constant doubt, checking, or reassurance-seeking can feel overwhelming. In therapy, we'll work together to break these cycles, face uncertainty with greater confidence, and help you live according to your values rather than your fears. My approach to therapy is evidence-based, holistic, and root-cause focused. I utilize a variety of different therapeutic modalities in practice with emphasis on the mind-body connection. I use Brainspotting therapy with clients, along with other body-based therapy to aid in reconnecting to their body and getting out of their mind. I believe that therapy should be collaborative and tailored to meet your personal goals. Whether that means overcoming perfectionism, overthinking, OCD, processing trauma, or simply getting to know yourself better. Therapy is a space where you can feel safe, supported, and understood, and where you can show up exactly as you are.
